EventCounted is a set of free calculators for the practical side of planning an event in the UK — how much to buy, how many staff to book, what size space you need, and what it's all likely to cost.

Every figure is built from published catering, hospitality and venue industry ratios, cross-checked against typical UK event sizes and conventions. Each calculator page explains its assumptions in plain terms, because a number without its reasoning isn't much use for planning against.

These are planning estimates, not guarantees or professional advice. For licensing, food safety, fire capacity or contractual matters, always check with your venue, local authority or a qualified professional.
