Who we are

EventCounted ("we", "us") is a UK-based website providing free event-planning calculators. You can contact us at contact@eventcounted.com with any questions about this policy or how your data is handled.

What this site collects

The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Anything you enter — guest counts, budgets, dates, or any other figure — stays on your device and is never sent to or stored on our servers.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising on this site.

What our hosting provider collects

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. As part of delivering the site to you, Cloudflare may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, for security, performance, and abuse-prevention purposes. This is standard practice for any website and happens at the infrastructure level rather than through anything we've built. If this changes

If we add analytics, advertising, or any other feature that collects data or sets cookies in future, we'll update this page to explain exactly what's collected and why, and add a proper cookie consent option before any such feature goes live.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have rights over any personal data held about you, including the right to ask what's held, request corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Given how little this site currently collects, there's very little to request — but get in touch at contact@eventcounted.com with any concern and we'll respond.
